“Eg veit, at tit hava bíða leingi, men nú verður tað skjótt!”

The Head Santa: “We’re on our way to the Faroe Islands!”
We’ve had the chance to speak directly with the Head Santa himself!
Excitedly, he shared the news that the Christmas Ship has departed and is now sailing straight from the North Pole, heading directly for the Faroe Islands – specifically toward Klaksvík, where they plan to dock on Friday evening.
“The weather is perfect, and the Northern Lights are dancing in the sky,” he said when asked about the journey. “We expect good weather all the way to the Faroe Islands, and we’re looking forward to seeing all the wonderful children!”
The Head Santa explained that the elves have been working tirelessly day and night, the presents are ready, and the ship is adorned with glittering Christmas lights.
He is confident that the journey will go as planned.
He also had a special message for all the eager children:
“I know you’ve been waiting a long time, but it won’t be much longer now!”
The Christmas Ship is expected to arrive in Leirvík at 5:30 PM and in Klaksvík at 6:00 PM on Friday, December 20th.
Now, all that’s left is to count down the days until we’re visited by the Christmas Ship – along with the Head Santa himself and all the other festive Santas!
